Ventured down to the ole fishing hole this morning. Managed to scare up eleven although it took me 2 1/2 hours to get em. Here is a pic.

Progator135 Mill Creek is still down about a foot. The way it has been raining it should fill up soon. They let it down about 11 feet, filled it up again then they let it down again. Go figure. Talk t0 the Fish and Game biologist and he said they were going to stock it with Florida bass, Crappie and threadfin shad when it gets full. Then they are suppose to lower it ever five year to help fertilize the lake to keep the food supply going. Don't know how good you would do out there right now as I haven't fished it since October. I fish Black Lake mostly as I catch better quality fish on it.

Glad to see you out and about J_ROW. Good to see you catch mama a mess of fish for supper too. That ought to keep you out of the dog house for a while. LOL! Congratulations! I started to drive over this morning but didn't have time so I drove up to Caney (only 17 miles from the house) and fished a couple of hours instead. Kept 4 good crappie and a 2 lb. bass.

Thanks for the update - my curiosity was about to get me to make a trip...looks like a nice little lake. Hopefully in a few years it will be good and healthy and ready to fish!
