I would like to propose the Idea of donating all the money we have raised at the Illinois Crappie Camps (Past ,Present and Future)to the Wounded Warrior Project. The only reason I started the bucket raffle at the first Illinois camp was to cover cost that we may have incurred. It does not bode well with the sponsors to sell raffle tickets on items that they have donated. I have been to several other camps and the donated items are given out per the ticket system (one ticket per Crappie.com member) until everyone has a prize or the prizes are gone. It's not supposed to be about how much one person can win. You can always raffle off a couple big ticket items to make a little money for the chosen charity or take up a collection. Just my two cents worth!
