BigFishHeads Charity Tournament a Huge Success on Lake Oconee
Thank you, thank you, thank you, to everyone that participated in our First Annual BigFishHeads Charity Tournament. Some of our forum guys did really good. Many of you gave donations, bought raffle tickets, and made it an awesome day. We raised over $2600.00 for toys for our Foster kids and Rockdale FireFighters Charity Fund will have many more kids to adopt this Christmas than last year. Congrats to Dmick and his friend for winning first place in the crappie fishing division, they had a nice sack of fish that went over 11 pounds (if I remember correctly). They took home a nice Engel Cooler and also won some stuff in the raffle we had. I sincerely appreciate the good work you guys did today, also, a special thank you to Mountainman, Netgirl and their friends for coming so far away to support this great cause. It was a horrible day to crappie fish, and had I fished, I would not have stood a chance against any of them. Santa Klaus visited us from Key West and I understand everyone at the tournament was placed on the Nice List for this Christmas!!
