    Default a weird question


    Was contacted today about 8f i made 1/4 oz with a 4.0 hook for red fish is this possible and if so i have someone looking for some!

    Some jig head molds take larger heavy hooks for Bass or Saltwater fishing.

    Do-it has a round head mold that they call the steelhead model. it uses heavier hooks matched with lighter weights. This may do what you are looking for. The other option would be to use there earball mold. The ball head uses two stainless eye loops. you just use a split ring to attach any size hooks you want. Here is one I made that is about a 1/4 ounce and uses a 4/0 hook.

    Check out the Do-it Poison Tail. I know you can pour a wide gap 3/0 into it. I will try to post some pics if you are still searching.
