    Default Winter Project

Decided I didn't need 2 boats anymore, so wanting something I could slime up, or Crappie fish out of, I sold the carpeted Tracker. Couldn't get up out of those low seats and fell off of bow when knee gave away. Gotta have a flat floor.Name: IMG_0320.jpg

Where is RCC when you need him? Gutted it out, went to fabrication shop, and decided why Tracker had put that thin floor in.That 1/8 diamond plate is costly.Name: IMG_0346.jpg

Now to tear it all back down, and make it look like a boat.Name: IMG_0361.jpg

Size: 42.0 KBGot a few more coming. Finally got it back together, motor on, changed locks on storage, and waiting on Ulterra trolling motor to come in. After I got it together Wife said, "Why didn't you just sell them both and order one like you wanted?" That may be next.

Steve, that is awesome. I would have loved to been right down there in the middle of that. You can order exactly what you want, and it may even be cheaper, but it's a lot more satisfying to put your own touch on one, especially when it has turned out as nice as yours.

Looks good Steve. You should be able to put a few in that boat.

Finally got busy today and finished it up, except still waiting on trolling motor, and side bunks.Started it up a while ago. See if it will float tomorrow evening. I ended up putting about 3/4 of the big chunks of foam back in and 22 cans of spray foam.Sloped it all to middle where it would drain water.Name: IMG_0364.jpg
