Not this time but it definitely has in the past and that was the first thing I checked!! This side has always been loose but I actually liked it because I could put my net in there when I fish by myself (which is most of the time). I remember taking it out and laying it in the boat and it was pretty windy when I was driving home....plus driving 70 mph didn't help the cause I am sure!!
