Sounds like ya'll had a great day. I'm going with Household 6 myself Wendsday to Oconee...she doesn't go all the time, but enjoys the occasional trip...makes her happy and lets me share something I enjoy immensely with the love of my life.

It was a really nice day at Sinclair Saturday, except for the bass fisherman in the Berry tournament, but that is another story. We didn't do as well as last Saturday. I was fishing with my wife so that cuts my total catch in half. I have to take her fish off, get her snacks, take her to the bathroom and everything but fish, but we sure do picnic well. LOL. We caught 27 and kept 17. We still had a bunch of pretty fish and my buddy Ray fished with his daughter Amy and they caught some nice crappie too. Ray and Amy caught around 41 and kept 27. The first picture is my wife the professional birdwatcher, wait I mean fisherwoman. The last picture is Ray's daughter Amy holding two of their nice crappie. It has been a nice spring and fun fishing.

For the Everlasting Glory of the Infantry.
Slabby I took my wife with me yesterday also. It was her first crappie fishing trip to Oconee and we only caught 3 fish. She did not catch any. I wish I could blame our lack of success on her but I think she had a "crappy" fishing guide. I was hoping that she could catch some fish and would want to try it again. We did have a good time and I bought her supper on the way home and a Dairy Queen Blizzard! She liked that.
Glad y'all had a good time and congrats to the young lady. Hey I understand, my wife finished an entire book Saturday while giving me grief about where the fish were! I just say ". Huney I don't know "
