Thread: The Big "G" has a lot to offer!

Thanks guys for the comments. Larry David, the small mouth was caught on the wall at goat Island. I watched my cousin catch one about 5 lbs at the dam. Only two i have ever witnessed above the dam. And lowe175, thanks for the info. I love saltwater fishing in general especially Reds, so I'll have to check him out. I didn't get to fish the last two days, but my dad caught 18 wed. And 11 yesterday. He caught them late evening on the same docks we caught them on last weekend.

Hey, I nailed it! Cool. I caught mine on the inside of Goat on the Whitaker side. I threw a roostertail of all things, but put it right on the shore and it must have been cruising. It dove down into a well or something by the boat because it went super deep, deeper than the water depth it seemed. Of all the years fishing Guntersville, I can still vividly remember that fight. Thanks for the memories Eric. Those are some super photos!
