Default Can't catch 'em any other way

Just booked a trip for 3-4 of us with a guide at Toledo Bend, mid lake, for May 11/12.

It's an area one of the guys used to live at and wanted to go back, so........here we go.

Hope to be over bronchitis by then!!!

'Tween now and then, considering getting a Tugboat to fish out of till all this water goes down.

They should be tearing them up in the Chicken Coop (midlake) about now. Loved that place (in the Winter) back when I was a Texican. DP

Good luck to you, Bill. I've always wanted to fish Toledo Bend and never got to do it. Wife had a cousin that lived right on the lake and Larry Nixon was her next door neighbor for awhile. I just never got down there and she recently died. Still gonna go sometime. Good luck and tight lines!
My wife keeps saying I never listen to her....... or something like that!

Catch a boat load then come back and rub it in on me an all your other non-catching buddies.

In the late 80s when I lived in east Texas my wife caught one in the upper part of Toledo bend that was 19 1/2 inches long biggest one we've ever caught
