Caught some of the biggest black crappie I have ever caught yesterday afternoon. Pictures don't do some of these fish justice. Average fish was over a pound and a couple of these were over 2 lbs. Even caught a couple on a jerk bait while bass fishing. We caught over 30 crappie (all over 10 inches) and about 15 bass in the 3 hours we fished. We even doubled up a few times as you can see from the pictures. We were crunched for time so we didn't keep them but sure would have been some good eatin. Next time...

It's great to see pic's and some bragging but would like to know what state your fishing and maybe some hint on bait choice.
