Default Percy Preist 12th best Crappie lake?

I read somewhere that JPP is the 12th best crappie lake in the country. In the USA? I know the numbers are decent but the sizes are really small. Anybody have an opinion on this?

Also, I fished Sunday from 8-2. Water was 45 then warmed to 50 in the afternoon. Caught 1 in 20fow 10ft deep 5 minutes after we hit the water. Didn't catch another until noon. Water was MUDDY. I remembered some of the posts on here about muddy water warming quicker so I gave it a shot and pulled the rigs up to about 3 feet in 6fow. Water temp 50. Caught 10 in no time. 1 keeper and the rest 9.75 in. minners

Depends on which "list" you look at, and when they were compiled. "Fishhound" has Green River Lake in KY as #6 on one list (no JPP on that list) from 2012 In-Fisherman.com article ... then on their own website (date unknown), Green River Lake isn't even on the list (& JPP is 16th).

Even the Mississippi Big Four (except Grenada) were in different positions on these two lists. So, I'm sure the lists change year to year.
