    Default Chisolm Lake

Is it still open to fishing as long as you pay the $5 boat ramp fee?? What about the "Country Club"?? They still serving ribeyes on Friday night?? I haven't been over there in 5 or 6 years at least.

    Kent,
They have a facebook page and they announce it on there if they are cooking. I haven't been down there in a couple of years but as far as I know you can still pay and fish there.

Thanks Lynn. I sent a friend request to them. Looking forward to a steak and some fishing, not necessarily in that order!

I thought the river didn't get in there until 16 feet on the Memphis guage?? River was 12 and change yesterday morning.

The carp just add a nice degree of difficulty on getting to the next top to fish. Almost every lake I fish has carp in it. I'm used to dodging them

I drove down 51 from Dyersburg to Munford yesterday the Forked Deer and Hatchie was way out of their banks. You are correct about the river gauge.
