    Looks and sounds like the same,with the sprag bearing an all. Just closer to the rod, which makes it nicer. Good job Cray

    I got these at Academy sports and like them better. I had the BnM and they kept tearing up. Last time I was at Academy they had an even smaller reel but I didn't feel like paying the money. Looked like it would be great for a single pole. Small/compact. Little rascal.

    u must be talking about bucks old plastic reels. I have been thru hundreds of those things. And I still use them. But this new reel the mini reel is the small one ur speaking of. It's alot better fit for me than that big ol Wally reel. And it's pretty much impossible to tear up. It's made from a durable material.

    stated my reply wrong . the right hand reel is what I want just got use to the drag on the front of the west points not the other side . Also saw some at wal-mart 12.99 New Albany .

    I have one . It's OK. Line tends to try and get under the spool and it's to light to balance out any of my rear reel seat rods I like.
