It's on the Sippi off topic forum. The link works for me. Don't know what's going on. I'll try to repost it.

29 boats! Good turn out! What is the preferred method of catching crappie down there?
Spider rigging? Does anyone ever 2 pole fish these tournaments?

Yes and yes. Depends on the time of year. Jerry and I have pole fished 2-3 tourneys. We do whatever it takes to try and catch fish. We Spider Rig, Power Troll, Pull Cranks, Long Line (just learning), and Single Pole. We like to be competitive and this time of year SR is the best way to catch um. I pole fished the championship a Grenada last year, but it rained 3.5" the night before the tourney and killed our fish. Grenada has lots of cover and could be pole fished year round. Some of the other places could be pole fished year round also, but there are more consistent ways to catch um because of the limited cover.
