Thanks for the kind words guys. Everyone can and will make a few mistakes. You measure the quality of those people and those companies by the way they handle those mistakes and the way they value their customers and friends. I hope EZ Trac Trailers and Big River Marine proved how much we care about those things in this instance.

The trailer pulls a whole lot better than the torsion single axle trailer I had. I'm very happy with it so far. Big River Marine and E Z Trac Trailers definately aren't satisfied unless their customers are satisfied.

Now you can bring it to Toledo Bend!! Trailer looks great under your boat.

Now that is true customer service. Something a lot of companies have forgotten how to do. Sent a email off friday evening about the way the wife and I were treated by a employee of a major company. If I didn't cause this person to get either fired or demoted it wasn't because I didn't try. But again wonderful customer service.
