On that nice new rig I would at least look at the crappie spider rigging system from Driftmaster. We have sold many of these units for new bass rigs and boats similar to yours. Here is our link T-250-HP This unit can be installed with no holes or scratches, is very secure and safe, and comes out in just a minute.

I have enough Hi-Tek holders to put 19 rods out of my boat, and the base plate is 1/4" thick when removed. The extreme model does everything very well. I too rig and pull and push.

Spider rigging to longlining in less than 5 minutes, not tools needed. Driftmaster T-250 system. Four plates bolted to deck with 2 1/2 screws and locknuts, its rock solid.Name: IMG_20131015_121556_424.jpg
