The ville ~~ open ramps/water?

Has anyone looked to see if there is any open ramps or is everything still froze up? Thanks

Still froze up.. Some of the gates are also closed that lead in to the ramp area. I would say by the 1st of May they should be open..lol

Today, tonight, and tomorrow will do some big damage to the ice. the rivers and harbor were open last week but locked back up
