Any bait shops open near sardis lake,,,????

Got the day off tomorrow and wanted to go wet a hook,,,,, any bait shops open near sardis ? I heard Dam store was reopened , but then closed again,,, Not sure how good that information is,,, help, need minnows,

never heard of Wallaces. Must be that Marina near the dam I've never been to,,,,

Wallace's is just a bit past the old Hearn's place on the south side of the spillway, just past the turn to go up.

Wallace's is just past the fire station on the south side of the lower lake. It's on Hwy. 35 about 2 miles past the spillway gate.

The Marina has been sold and they are going to put a bait shop out on the dock next to the fuel pumps. They are going to have a store there as well for ice and supplies. They are also adding two more rows of covered slips.

Well I stopped in at the Dam store today,,, Some older feller took care of me and was a true gent.... he said he had worked the old store the past 14 years or so,,,, store has ethanol free gas too for our boats,, yea!

The Bandit deal might be off since Bandit sold out to Pradco.
