Cool MY 15 MINUTES OF FAME

If you happen to see the latest copy of the Louisiana Sportsman, you can see my propaganda starting on page 105, thanks to the writing of Kinny Haddox. It's a good thing we made our trip to D'Arbonne last year when the bite was really on, because it has been a different story for quite a while....I tried, but Kinny still couldn't grasp the term "Crappie Nibbles"....he insisted on "crappie bites". We had a good time and great fellowship that day and he went home with a nice bunch of fillets. After reading the article I phoned Kinny to tell him I would be canceling my subscription because I now realize that anyone can be made to look like an expert....even me....lol

    Congratulation BB,

I haven't fished D'Arbonne but once and that was dragging a couple of jigs in the channel out from the State Park with PPG as my guide.

My questions is what is meant with "the bite is on"? and how one catches fish when the bite is off?

I read that article a couple of days ago when I received my issue. Very nice, didn't realize one of our members. Congratulations.

Kinney did a good job, Bob. I enjoyed it and learned a thing or two.
