Thread: Holiday Marina and Resort @ Tims Ford

Never stayed there but have fished from there many times. Have a great restaurant there called Blue Gill Grill. To me the cabins seem small and are priced higher then the state park or Tim's ford Marina for what you get. They do have a very nice Marina and bait shop. I stay at Tim's Ford Marina. It is across the street from the state park. They have a good courtesy dock that you can park your boat at overnight and nice cabins. Nothing fancy but nice and clean. Good Marina and restaurant there also. No bait shop there so you have to go to the state park or down the road a ways to get minnows. Tim's ford state park has very nice cabins. A little more expensive but they are nicer. No courtesy dock there so you have to trailer your boat. They have a good bait shop there and of course everything a state park has to offer.
