i wonder when they do thier survey, do they see 5 lb crappie? when we are there fishing there is always people talking about 5lb and 6 lb crappie that they shock or something.

I talk with Keith Mills all along, I have never heard him say anything about any 5 or 6 pounders. Gossip is gossip and I think a lot of times is produced simply to get folks to run down here. Kinda like some facebook pics posted back in June of last year claiming that the bite was on, I called BS and even ask about it, they were needing advertising for their guide business and needed some trips. If you got to lie to folks to get em in your boat then there aint much to ya.

Drumming up business, was one caught over 4 spring before last at Enid in a ditch close to the dam, you could walk from boat to boat the next week or so case so many were fishing that little area.

Remember you are dealing with Ms Gov employees. These are the same people that decided if you are going to hunt wild hogs at night (when they are most active.) that you have to use a .22. Now how smart is that. Plus if you move them live you have to have a permit for each hog.
