Grapefruit Pie & Paw Paw Gene's Tater Stew
Just about done with the satsumas and now I'm tackling the grapefruit no one seems to want. Used a key lime pie recipe and substituted grapefruit juice. Didn't have a graham cracker crust or graham crackers so I used the crust recipe from the satsuma bar cookies. Turned out nicely, not overpowering. Served up with Paw Paw Gene's Potato Stew. I used a smoked pork/venison sausage Tasty
