Sounds like my kind of luck. Hopefully better days will come.

Were you fishing the heated dock?

Yes, I've heard it's been very slow there for some reason. I've been wanting to take a boat out there and see if I couldn't find some somewhere else, but having to get the boat inspected makes it difficult as I like to get there at sunup. Guess, I will just have to be patient and hit the water when the store opens and give it a shot.

Buddy of mine put a camera down in the dock in each corner and found stacks and stacks of crappie but couldn't get one to bite. They're in there, and eventually they'll get hungry. Just hope I'm there when they do

I used my camera at Melvern right before the new year and the crappie were just stacked in there. People couldn't believe how many were down there. I use mine at Marion occasionally, and yes, seems like they are always around.

Any of you guys that have cameras have a video of it? there was a guy that came down there Monday morning and said that someone had been in there that morning with a camera, and my wife is interested in seeing video. I've looked on youtube and cant find any videos.
