Thread: Anybody tried one of these?

OK, this is embarrassing.

I actually have a Cabela's 7" underwater camera thingy. However, I've had it for years and have never taken it out of the box. I have no idea if it works.

When I'm fishing, I never 'Have Time' to diddle with such stuff. And most water I fish is so dingy, I can't imagine it'd show much. And Mostly, it's on a back shelf in the shop and I forget I have it. But I'd sure like to remember to use it sometime.

I hate being old.

I wish it had infrared to locate the Hot Spots.

I got one for Xmas and tried it out. It worked really well, until one day I was using it at Lake Conway, and all I could see on the camera was a jig, then my "Spy Fish" was yanked out of the water into this Black Lowe boat full of blue and silver cans all over the floor. Next thing I know you can see this feller holding my fish up along with 3 others with his fingers through their gills. Sure would like to have my camera back, or at least my $199.99
