Has anyone fished Dardanelle are Overcup lately trying to figure out where to go tomorrow. They say it is going to be a beautiful day, I would appreciate a report if anyone has been there lately. Thanks in advance

We sampled Overcup in November an December. There are a ton of 7-9 inch crappie in the lake. These fish are all 1.5 years old. Next year will be a great year on Overcup. We caught over 900 in one trap net (a record). Although there are tons of this sized fish in the lake, I have heard they are hard to catch. There are also some good sized crappie in the lake, they are just out numbered by the huge year class that was spawn 2 springs ago.
