How is the blade going to swivel? Good colors and pretty jig head

I saw a picture the other day somewhere of a spinner blade mounted to a jig like that. Got me to thinking that might be the way to go on jig's that you would use for dipping. Keep the blade closer to the head and it would still move around and maybe even click on the head as it was jiggled up and down.
