    This design is like a E-Z Flow tank. Water pressure pushes the water from the bottom of the tank up thru the small outside pipe into the 4" pipe. The water goes thru a scotch brite prefilter and then thru poly-fil. It is pulled back into the tank by a 500 gph pump. Call me at 704-864-1039 if have more questions. John Jones

    The lid is made out of 1/2" thick high density plastic.
