Jigs only, for the last 5 or 6 years.

Fished jigs many years ago then went to minnows casting over brush and ledges and stumps. I fished lots of places over the world while in the military. Hair tied and curly, forked tail and now cutbaits jigs at night. I have my own hair tied jigs and my brother makes curly tail jigs. I rather fish minnows over brush but if Jigs is all I have then so be it. It's 50/50 for me. I found it's harder to go back to jigs if you fished minnows first. Jigs at night like cutbait does is a real challenge if you haven't fished jigs in a while. It's a slower reel and it's fast when they hit. It will make you cuss a bit more. LOL

Road runner with a minner is good too in the winter time!
