Default Toledo Bend rise last week.

Toledo Bend rose 2 feet in 3 days. Just for grins I did the math. Feel free to correct me if needed. TB is listed at 186,000 acres. 43,560 square feet per acre. Since it rose 2 ft that put it at 2 cubic ft x 43560 per acre. Each cubic foot holds 7.48 gallons. Thus I came up 12,120,831,360 gallons. In 3 days. Think about that. That's over 12 billion new gallons of stained water for the fish to hide from vet and me. But that's okay, fish, we still coming to get you!!!

I was watching that rise, 1.5' below full pool now. They post the level daily in the paper here. Hope it stays up, or at full pool, for the gathering. Love it when the water is in the grass.

Randy they have levels they try for each month. I think they are going to bring it back down to 168 before they stop.

I was wondering about that Danny and their thoughts about it. Not sure if an issue of generating power or what.

I bet you check the same sight that I do. I just looked at history from 1969 till 2012. Appears they shoot for 168 to 169 in winter/early spring and 170 to 170.75 the rest.
