Just trying to get some break in hours on my motor, had a piston go bad and needed some low speed time on the motor.
Regardless, water temp was 50, picked up 4 small fish on minnows around docks. The crappie which I caught had a real slow bite. Didn't think it was crappie until I caught one. Most others were tight lining. Saw several nice schools of fish in the major creeks. Spoke to a friend who said he picked up quite a few small fish and only four keepers.
