    Default Monroe 12/26

Got out early as planned and was met with strong winds out the gate. At 10 the winds finally laid down and I had 10 in the well and had let 3 swim finished at 1:30 with a limit and had caught 47 total. All longlined of course and top colors were bubblegum/chartreuse and bad blood. No minners injured on the quest. Had to fish in the flow of trash from the river to find fish. Aggravating but worth it.Name: IMG_20141226_142026.jpg

Nice catch, congratulations! Just wondering do you keep the eggs to eat? I heard some do, just wondering.

I do not keep em. Feed to me dog once in a while. Had a lady down the street in Louisiana growing up that would fight ya for em. Honestly I have never tried em and dont know how to cook em. If I was at someones house and they was eatin em I would try em. But aint gonna venture there on my own accord.

I enjoyed it very much. Stayed very busy clearing weeds off my lines. Pretty much steady reeling something, either fish or weeds. But the fish were in the weeds. They was packed with water bugs and grass shrimp in their stomachs.

Sounded like some effort but the pics prove it was worth it all, nice ones!!
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
