    I'm not here to argue about real vs replica. That's why I do both.

    The OP asked if anybody did replicas.

    Geez guys relax I can't get back what I already let go , I've let a lot of 17" black crappie go back in the water some in the grease . mrdux is just answering my question , with that said if a quality high end replica cost the same or more i will mount the real deal.

    Skin or replica is your choice, the mount is worth the money and the memories. I just have one thought to relay and I'll be quiet. Though it may be a pleasure to say "that's my fish" as it hangs on the wall, I would be just as proud to say that the fish that gave me these memories still swims and makes babies so others can share what I had that day. Thanks.

    Wilbur I guess a lot is overstating 3-4 in the last 6 years. That's a lot to me , 14-15 are common about every 3 yrs . Hoping 2015 is another banner yr it's been about 3 yrs since they were on fire. This year the lakes were loaded with fry and with the mild winter so far they should be getting fat and happy . I just never had the money to mount any before
