    Default Mark Twain

Nemofisher and I finally got a chance to get out Saturday and we really had a nice day. The wind was calm but it was a little chilly since we had to run and look for the fish. Was great fishing day but the catching not so much. We caught about a dozen fish with only 2 being keepers. Was nice just to get to fish, will try again before long.

Great to read your reports again Gary, sounds like my trips lately glad to be fishing not alot of catching.

Mark Twain has been a tough lake this year. Congrats on you two getting out there and giving it a try. Thanks for the report because we are not getting any reports from that lake. Better luck next time.

What is the water clarity over on Twain? Muddy or clean- or in between? I heard Thomas Hill was muddy.

The water is pretty muddy but not too bad, you can see your jig for about 3 to 4 inches down which isn't too bad for twain. The water temp was 38 degrees. I think my next trip might be to Thomas Hill, I like it clear better but have caught fish when it is muddy.
