    Default Good 2 days.


    Took yesterday off and even though we didn't catch many. We had fun Nd the boat ran fine. Kept 2 good crappie and a 2+ pound bass yesterday. Then this morning, we went tree rat hunting. Sadie made 6 trees where we could shoot them and we killed 2 and missed 3. We can't shoot where we have to park and Sadie made a tree when she first got out and on the way in. Coulda killed both with ease but where we park, it's private property.

    My best friend Scot. If his old butt walked faster we may have gotten one or two more. Had to wait on him a few times. Recon I ought to just leave him one time n let him get lost so he'll try n keep up with me lol

    Back in the days when I hunted those tree rats, I would find a nice comfortable tree to sit under facing some oak trees and just wait and pick them little nut crackers off one at a time using a .22. Now a days I just open my back door and snipe em off whenever I see them out my window.
