I think it is sad to see this happen. The end result will be flashier boats slapped together with little thought of function. Many of these companies were started by someone with a passion and a lot of knowledge about the function of the boat. Oh yeah and lets not forget the price impact as now the manufacturig facility will be paying corporate charges on top of everything else which will drive prices even higher.
