Thumbs up MTCC Dec 6th Classic tourney Tim's Ford Results

Our end of the year Classic was last Saturday Dec 6th at Tim's Ford Lake, We had a total of nine boats fish this day even though the weather was not that great. It was raining and chilly with winds expected to be up to around 15 MPH most of the day but that didn't stop our members from coming out to fish. There were a good many teams with some quality fish at this weigh in but at the end of the day our winner was Steve Trost with 10.34 pounds. He also took the bf pot with a 2.00 big fish. This days efforts ended up netting him a grand total of $613.00 counting some bonuses the club offers. Congrats to Steve on a great catch day and congrats to a good many other teams with lots of quality fish. Just for the record, Steve and his wife just missed getting the biggest fish last year in Dec by .01 and this year Steve won by 01. By the way, Steve is known on crappie.com as Fishawk.

Thanks MTCC for another great year and thanks for being a club who gets along and enjoys being around one another. Another year went by and we have not had a cross word that I know of between any members in several years now. In today's day and time, that alone speaks volume of the character of people we have in our club. We look forward to a great year again next year with MTCC. If you would like more information on how to join our local club just simply go to www.middletennesseecrappieclub.com. Also thanks to Crappie.com for the support this site gives all crappie fishermen and for allowing us a great place to talk fishing with others from around the world.
