Default Cold day on the water

Ski trip had commitments so I went anyway. Started at 10 am and it was still cold!!! Not only temp but the bite was cold . Caught a keeper right off and then was about hour and half before the next one. Was about ready to give up as I was cold to say the least . Finally found a few and loaded up at 3 pm with a limit. Most were caught where I had fished earlier but saw no fish on the sonar. Went back before leaving and sonar picked them up . They had moved in or up out of the deep thick cover and started hitting Umbrella tubes like normal ?

Nice catch! It was a cold day. At least the wind was blowing. We ran nets the last 2 days and I still have a chill!

Glad to read a post on someone catching fish. This gets me thru the work week until I can fish again. Thanks for the post CA. Skip Trip needs to set his priorities and fish first. .

Really nice cooler of gooduns. They'll be especially good out of that cold water.
