    My son and I made our first trip to Talquin. Friday was a tough day the weather man was dead wrong light and variable winds were 15+ not a single fish. Saturday was a picture perfect day caught 12 the fish were just turning back on after the front wish I could have stayed till Sunday.     Secret was to head to the river. Some good
    Fish there but lots of duckdweed. Did pretty good this morning and good fish in the open water but bite was kinda slow
