    Yes it is a brand. I find it at smaller (IG) stores around here. Very good stuff. Market Basket stores carry it also. I'm also lucky ,as I live a few miles from a small country store that makes great sausage. I get him to make deer sausage for me.

    I've bought it a couple of times at Winn Dixie just to try. Didn't care for it as much as the other local brands, wasn't lean as I like (fatty to me) and bland.

    There are several different types Randy......If you think its bland....then you need to try the Cajun style. I use the original....thats probably what you think is bland maybe.
