jack millers would be the best shot at getting out of the wind, Henderson would be the best shot at having shelter from the rain (I-10 bridge) and as stated Bayou Maringouin has the coolest name...Looking forward to your report out of Pigeon JR...I need to try sacalait out of there, i've always gone for bass in the past, but it's been a while since I've been. What areas do you try out there? I mean it's like a dang maze to me. Do you fish big pigeon, grand lake area? or Catfish Bayou? or cross bayou? or the canals off big pigeon? or canals off of little pigeon, or all of the above? lol...I digress...

    G.F.
You probably know this, but a big rain like we had earlier this week can mess the water up n the jack miller area. I did Ok last Saturday n maringouin bayou. ..so I would give it some consideration. Often when they r biting n maringouin bayou, pigeon is good too.
    Did u get my email?
