Sticky.... since you can catch em when nobody else can, and you catch so many big ones, you should start fishing some crappie tourneys. Bet you would kick their butts!

Water temp is 49. Caught quite a few good fish. A couple were in the 15 inch range. They're not schooling up yet. They were scattered on and around structure in the 25 foot range. The purple/chart plastics I have been pouring sure did the job along with the sickles I have been pouring also. I feel like i get twice the hook ups now using the sickle hooks. I had a hard time finding any shad and the ones I did find were deep. There was a bank fisherman there fishing 15+/- fow 8 foot deep with a bobber. He caught a few but was moving around a lot. We caught lots of smalls like always but we did seem to find quite a few bigger fish. Hopefully it keeps getting better as it stays cold. There sure isn't much competition when its 17 degrees at 9 am, but as long as the wind is right, I'll be there.
