    Default We'll do some REAL chili this evening


    Pull out your grinder and cut the chuck just right and simmer it down:

    Name: Beef cooking down.jpg Views: 285 Size: 52.9 KB

    Make sure you have the good stuff in there. Green chilies, cut maters, real Ancho chili from the garden, etc.:

    Name: Ingrediants.jpg Views: 237 Size: 46.6 KB

    Do not do the mid western thing with mater sauce and "chili powder". Slow cook it for a while:
