    Default Crank bait beat down


    Got to the lake at 2:30 and fished till dark the bite was fast and furious. Chrome/blue, white /blue, spring craw produced the best. Those Stripers are like trying to stop a dump truck going down hill with no brakes!!!LOL

    Sure pretty sunset, didn't think it was Cypress never caught a striper on cypress/bb
    great catch , think I might try some crank baits. Where do you get thr trolling weights you use?

    ScottV on Mississippi board has nice weights for pushing. You can use a 3 ounce egg sinker like used for a Carolina rig too

    14-15 inch crappie....it's not looking as dead as I've always heard it was!

    Yes and yes almost had to put my reel in the lake to stop the drag from smoking
