Jokes aside, y'all will never convince me that Ford can be beat on towing.

I know everyone has their favorites and most are loyal to one brand. But I've owned all of the big three and can only go by personal experience. Had a dump trailer that I'd haul 7 tons gravel. I had a Super Duty that I had to drop to first gear to get up out of the quarry. I traded for a Cummins diesel Ram. The Ram would pull out of the quarry in third and still be accelerating with a full load

Hard to beat the Cummins for pulling and until the Powerstrokes came along it didn't happen. Now the Duramax is out there, big step up for GM. Always been a Chevy man until I started pulling with a work truck and made the switch to the 7.3 Powerstroke and haven't looked back. Only complaint I have with the ford's is the front ends.
Dodge has had one of the best in a pickup for a VERY long time, know of a bunch of them that have passed 500,000 miles, hard to argue with that and Speck hit the nail on the head with the torque, better than anyone else's.
Curious to see how many more miles my ole Stroke will run, sitting on 303,000 rite now, gets 16 mpg pulling my boat and 19 on the road not pulling, bout 15 round town.

Powerstroke is it expecially since ford started from scratch and built internal now. Of course a diesel with 300 plus hp and can turn the rpm of a small block gasser and 500 plus ft pound of torque is pretty amazing.
