    Default charging information

How do you charge 2 12 volt batteries wired in series?
Also how do you hook 12 volt accessories to the batteries wired in series?
For instance the 24 volt trolling motor and other things that run on 12
volts that need to use the same two batteries.

This is more that you need, but shows what you want.

To hook 12 volt accessories to the batteries wired in series, just terminate wires on one single battery. PLUS (red) wire to POSITIVE terminal of a battery and terminate the NEGATIVE (BLACK) wire to the NEGATIVE terminal of the same battery.
Point of information, using the trolling motor batteries for your fish finders MAY cause you interference on the display while the trolling motor is in operation.

I highly recommend self dedicating two batteries for trolling motor and running everything else off the cranking battery or batteries.

A 2 bank on-board charger will take care of the charging. And like already said just connect electronics to just one of the batteries. This is not the preferred method but sometimes you just plain don't have room for a third battery. I have done it and lucked out and did not have any interference problems.

i personally would stay away from the idea of putting assessories on same battery
    setup for trolling mtr.
Leave 24 system to itself and hook depth finder, etc to primary main engine battery.

Too much chance of shorting out troller or cooking wiring on depth finder elecronics
