It appears that Abby ate carpenter ant bait that the pest control guy put around some of the trees on Tuesday. Oddly he's been using this stuff for several years and there has never been a problem. The other two dogs were not affected. I took Abby to the emergency vet on Tuesday evening where she had to stay. We were really afraid she wouldn't make it. Wednesday morning I transferred her to Tal's where he continued her IV therapy and care. She was able to come home Wednesday evening but had to go back Thursday morning for continued IV. She was released Thursday evening and is doing wonderful thanks to the fantastic care she received. We are forever grateful.

Them are some beautiful dogs. Glad they are all three together again.

I lost sleep over that - thanks Tal. My grandmother who was half Arapaho once told me never to trust anyone without pets. She said they are not be trusted because they are selfish. Love my dogs.

Man sooooo Glad yall got everything worked out and the "kids" are doing better! As a dog person myself, I know that yall are blessed to have a great friend and great vet like Tal available for your kidos!
