Default Need to get the ole Gravely cranked

My dad gave me his Gravely some 20 odd years ago. He bought it sometime in the early sixties and I thought it was bout worn out when I got it. But it wasn't, I used it for a lot of gardens in the next few years. It's been sitting out back for some 8 or so years and I want it running, got some work for it.
First the spring loaded "hot spark" magneto wouldn't work. Found one on eBay for $38 shipped, what a deal. Got good spark, and it cranked. Flooding out bad, so, next step is to check the carb. I've never seen a motor crank with a carb in this condition. Those Gravely Koehler engines are some tough ones.

Auto zone sells carb cleaner in a gallon cleaner bucket just for that. I'm like Ree's need some pictures. Always wanted one of them. When I was a little bitty guy used to ride around with a old man that plowed gardens for folks in my home town. Had a cart with a seat on it he hauled his plows and stuff in.

Walked many miles behind one of those as a kid, mowing and tilling. Later, got a stand with wheels on it to ride standing up.
