No minimum length and no quantity limit! If you find one you can usually find more. My dad, me and a buddy set on a cut coming out of the marsh years ago and caught probably 100 or more of them! Most of them don't get real big (about the size of the one you are holding) but if you can find some deeper water you can find some bigger ones.

At the East Coast of Florida Locals call them Yellow Mouth Trout. The best Bait for then is chunks of Blue Crab. If you find an area loaded with Crab they will be there looking for a free meal
