    They are running everywhere around here. It is rumored that a hot spot for squirrels is Pierce Creek landing. Don't know if that area is legal to hunt, but I have heard a tale or 2 about the quantities there.

    You need to take your squirrels inside and give them a bath from time to time. They'll taste better when it's time to eat them.

    Fish egg's work's good!!(in eggs)!! We usually put the cleaned squirrel leg's and back in thousand island dressing over night in fridge!!Then wrap them in bacon on the Grill!!! Just like Duck kabob's (Better have second's)!!

    I take those older tough squirrels and fry em real fast and brown on the outside but not done inside. Put them in a Dutch oven dry at 225 for about two hours. I don't care how tough he was, he will fall off the bone. It's good fried squirrel.
