    That 16 in 12 means you will have 16 fractures and be in the emergency room for 12 hours if you make a wrong step while on top of it

    How to keep dust out.... spray foam around all can lights, ceiling elec boxs, all wire holes through plates. You keep the air from moving that cellulose you limit the dust. I glue house wrapping to block foundation with f-26 at the bottom too. No Leakey air no dust....that is all!!

    I have built a few like that Chris, got one coming up in the spring similar to it.and yea Sammy's right about the 16/12.....it's gonna be nice when it's all said and done.
