How to keep dust out.... spray foam around all can lights, ceiling elec boxs, all wire holes through plates. Caulk every stud where it meets plywood bottom plates to concrete floor and where top plates sit on top of each other. Caulk keeps out spiders/bugs or at least limits em. You keep the air from moving that cellulose you limit the dust. I glue house wrapping to block foundation with f-26 at the bottom too. No Leakey air no dust....that is all!!

I have built a few like that Chris, got one coming up in the spring similar to it.and yea Sammy's right about the 16/12.....it's gonna be nice when it's all said and done.

I got my drain lines roughed in today. Planing to pour the slab next week.

That's gonna be a showcase Chris. I'm happy for y'all.
